How I can help you
I offer a range of services to help you achieve balance and peace within your day-to-life and mental wellness.
I welcome working with adults and young people (17+) who are facing a range of difficulties. EMDR therapy is commonly recognised for treating PTSD, however it is also successful to support the treatment of anxiety, low mood, negative thinking patterns, and physical symptoms. It can also help with problems relating to pain, performance and feeling stuck.
I have a keen interest in working with people who have experienced complex and childhood trauma.
It is really important when choosing a therapist to feel comfortable, I therefore offer a free 15 minute telephone call to answer any questions you may have and discuss your needs so that you can make the decision of if working with me is right for you.
Services
I work from a location in Falmouth and hope to have a location in Truro in the spring. I am also able to offer sessions for people who are not in Cornwall or wish to work in a more virtual manner.

The Assessment
These sessions will give us time to get to know each other and for me to gather information about your difficulties, where they come from and how they affect you, which allows us together to develop a treatment plan for the sessions going forward.
Typically this is 2-3 sessions and include working through resource's for you to start using at home.
First Appointment (1 hour) - £75
Therapy Sessions
Working with you to address your difficulties is a process and not a quick fix. Sessions will incorporate a range of approaches that suit you. It is hard to predict how many sessions you may need to reach your goals but we will regularly review your progress.

Insurance Companies
Insurance companies and other referrals may be considered and price will be discussed upon request. Please contact me for more details.
